Acceptance of terms
By accessing houskeep.com or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Service Agreement presented at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates
Instant estimates are generated automatically from public property records and the information you provide. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be adjusted if the home differs materially from the data used.
Service area
We currently serve the Austin and San Antonio, Texas metropolitan areas. Addresses outside our service area cannot be booked online.
Accounts and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information. We may contact you by email or phone regarding your booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $100 fee. See the Service Agreement for details.
Limitation of liability
Houskeep is not liable for damage to property or items during service, as described in the Service Agreement. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
