What we collect
Name, email address, phone number, service address, property details, and booking history. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To generate estimates, schedule and perform services, process payments, send appointment communications, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We share data only with providers necessary to deliver the service: Google (address lookup, hosting), Stripe (payments), property-data providers (square footage), and email/SMS delivery providers.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@houskeep.com. Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
